Strict No Return / No Exchange Policy
At Trenzware, every single product is thoroughly verified through a rigorous multi-stage quality control process, pre-checked for zero defects/damages, and sealed in tamper-evident security packaging before dispatch. Consequently, all sales are final and we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our fashion jewellery, artisanal couture, or Aari needlework items.
To deliver an uncompromising standard of luxury craftsmanship, every item in your order undergoes the following pre-dispatch verifications:
Zero-Damage Physical & Quality Checks: Every item is thoroughly verified for structural integrity, craftsmanship, and certified 100% defect-free before packing.
Tamper-Evident Security Seal: Products are packaged with tamper-evident security seals under CCTV monitoring before courier handover.
2. Hygiene & Personal Wear Regulations
Due to strict international hygiene and public health protocols governing fine jewellery and wearable couture accessories, items that touch the skin (including earrings, necklaces, chokers, and rings) cannot be restocked, repurposed, or resold once the parcel has been delivered to a recipient.
This policy protects all our patrons, ensuring that every piece received from Trenzware is 100% brand new, untouched, and unhandled by any other customer.
3. Damaged in Transit / Incorrect Item Discrepancies
In the extremely rare event that your shipment arrives with outer package tampering or an incorrect SKU was fulfilled:
Mandatory Reporting Procedure:
You must record a continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video starting from showing the intact courier shipping label and opening the outer tamper-evident seal.
Notify our customer care team at support@trenzware.com within 24 hours of verified courier delivery.
Include your Order Number (e.g., #TW-WEB-...), description of the issue, and the unboxing video link.
*Reports received after 24 hours of delivery confirmation or claims without an authentic continuous unboxing video cannot be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Strict No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed on the website, it enters automated inventory reservation and fulfillment immediately. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances once placed.
