Handcrafted Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of authentic handloom silk weaving and hooked-needle Aari embroidery, subtle nuances in zari sheen, dye intensity, and stitch tension are inherent hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
All listed prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. For every successful online or POS transaction, an official Rule 46 compliant Tax Invoice detailing HSN codes, CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown, and Firm GSTIN will be automatically generated and transmitted to the customer's registered email.
Trenzware reserves the right to correct typographical or system pricing errors prior to shipment. If an order is canceled due to an erroneous pricing listing, full payment will be refunded immediately to the original payment source.
Orders are dispatched through verified, insured tier-1 courier carriers (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart) from our central fulfilment centres in Chennai, Tamil Nadu with tamper-evident security seals. Risk of loss passes to the customer only upon verified electronic delivery confirmation.
If a package arrives with visible tampering, the customer must refuse receipt and notify Trenzware Customer Care (support@trenzware.com) within 24 hours.
Patrons may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible catalog items. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, with all original security tags, silk pouches, and authenticity certificates intact.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Trenzware and its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or goods.
In any event, Trenzware's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
All trademarks, logos, brand names, product photography, editorial designs, software code, and artisanal descriptions on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Trenzware Fashions. Unauthorized reproduction, web scraping, commercial copying, or trademark infringement will be prosecuted under the Copyright Act, 1957, and Trade Marks Act, 1999.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable mediation via our Customer Care Desk.
If unresolved within 30 days, all legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Tamil Nadu, India, and governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
